LifeFIT Canada offers fitness and wellness services to RA Members at both the RA's LifeFIT Centre on RIverside Drive and at the LifeFIT Canada Centre at the RIdeau Tennis Club.

As well, LifeFIT Canada designs customized fitness and health facilities and delivers a well balanced range of innovative and effective wellness programs to government departments, agencies and private sector businesses.

LifeFIT Canada operates employee fitness centres primarily within the National Capital Region. These centres serve a population of 4,000 employees, each of whom becomes a RA member when they join their centre.
